While there is certainly some incest in the relationship between these companies and the consulates they serve, they turn what could otherwise be a tricky, frustrating, and time consuming exercise (which consulate? where? when are they open?) into a pretty simple one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I put my passport, an application, a utility bill, and a money order in a fedex pouch.
